Do you want to enjoy a beautiful villa with spectacular views? We have the perfect place for you! This villa is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, in a very quiet environment.
This villa with capacity for 12 people has 250 m2 of built area, 1.000 m2 of plot, is comfortable, with a lot of personality and very very cozy.
It has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, we can find 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom (with a bed of 150 x 200) is very spacious and bright. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. It also has large built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and radiator heating. It has large windows with spectacular views of the whole valley and the sea. The second bedroom, with a bed of 135 x 200, is very bright, has a ceiling fan and radiator heating, and large wardrobes and beautiful sea views. The third bedroom (with a bed of 135 x 200), has large fitted wardrobes, windows with views of the mountains, ceiling fan and radiator heating, and a desk area.
On this same floor we find a second bathroom fully equipped, spacious, with radiator heating and bathtub.
This beautiful villa has a beautiful entrance hall where we can see the staircase that leads to the first floor. Here, we can find four single beds (two of 90 x 200 and two of 105 x 200), with a desk area.
The house has a very cosy living room, a comfortable sofa bed and a small library, dining area, exquisite and very colourful decoration and large windows that give a lot of light. From here the views are incredible!
Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat out (you have a lot of restaurants near your home) you might feel like cooking one day, so it is necessary to have a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen in question is very practical.
It has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, glass-ceramic hob, oven, kitchen utensils. In addition, a small living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and Smart TV with PS3, Netflix, air conditioning and heating and access to a small terrace with incredible views over the whole valley. You will not need more!
In this area, we can also find a small toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothesline.
Outside of this beautiful house, there is a barbecue area with a large table with capacity for 8 people. Also, a nice and cosy outdoor lounge with views to the whole valley and the sea. The house has a beautiful infinity pool of salt water, hammocks and garden area.
