This spectacular villa with capacity for 10 people has 700 m2 of built area, 3000 m2 of plot, is comfortable and very cozy.

It has 5 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 3 of them. The first one (with bed of 135 x 200) is very wide and luminous. It has built-in wardrobes with mirrors, large windows, air conditioning and heating and a bathroom with shower tray.

The second bedroom, with a bed of 135 x 200, is very bright and has views of the property park and the valley. It has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and heating, and a cot. The third bedroom (with bed 140 x 200), has built-in wardrobes and large windows with exit to a small balcony.
In this same floor we can find a bathroom completely equipped, ample and with shower tray. And a toilet. In addition to office area with access to a small balcony overlooking the park of the house.

Also, dining room in unevenness divided by a beautiful chimney (It is forbidden to use). In the lounge area we find a comfortable sofa, cable TV, Internet 300 MB fiber and an imposing spiral staircase that leads us to the second floor. In the dining area we can find a table for 10 diners. In addition to large windows with direct access to the large terrace, from there the views of the garden and the Guadalhorce valley are incredible!!

It has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, smoke extractor, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and storage area. You won't need any more!

On the second floor, we can find the master bedroom. It has large wardrobes, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower and bath, large windows with access to the private terrace with beautiful views of the entire park of the house, the mountains, the sea and the Guadalhorce valley. Outside the bedroom we find the toilet.

On the ground floor is the fifth bedroom, with two single beds of 90 x 200, fitted wardrobes.

But that's not all! This same floor, completely open, has a second kitchen very well equipped ( the beer tap is not available), toilet and bathroom with shower tray, living room with comfortable sofa overlooking the pool, disc area with lights and speakers throughout the house, gym and laundry room with iron and ironing board.

The house has private parking within the plot but outdoors, you can park 3 cars or more.
